Description
Photograph taken of West Biddle Street from Madison Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland. At 900 Madison Avenue (right) is Dave's Food Market. Although cars are parked on both side of Biddle Street, there is room enough for two more lanes of traffic. Standing in the middle of Madison Avenue (left) is a policeman prepared to direct traffic. Tracks are embedded in the roadway, although those on Biddle appear to be used no longer; and electric lines for streetcars are suspended above the center of the street.
