R.3: (GG) Negro Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) camp, Hardeville, So. Car. Men garden and build dike. (HH) Carroll Downes, industrial consultant in headquarters of Southern Governors Conference dictates to his secretary. Office activity. Georgia Gov. Eurith Dickinson Rivers with Downes.
