Phelps to discuss various matters related to the antislavery cause, including the statement in Torrey's case that Phelps is supposedly preparing, fundraising, a circular about the German [Anti-Slavery?] Almanac (which Cleveland says he is enclosing), and the probable results of “the Assembly.”
