Adams, Negro WAA£, will speak at St. Paul's A.M.E.. church Sunday night| when a service >flag will be dedi-{ cated. The service will start at| 7:45 p. m. and will be open to the public. Officer Adams, one of four Negro first officers at Fort Des Moines, is commander of the Negro company at the fort. She is a graduate of Allen university and of . the African Methodist school at Columbia, S. C. Her father is Dr. E. A. Adams, secretary of education of the African Methodist Connection. The speaker's appearance will be| the first of any Negro officer be-i fore a civilian audience here.
