Jernagin, Chairman; affirming faith in Christian teaching; condemning discriminatory policies and procedures that bar participation of "Negroes and other minorities"; and calling for support in urging the President "as a matter of war emergency to susupend all racial discrimination everywhere on public carriers and in public service.
