2102-D star finder and identifier of Everett Bratcher. This tool is a good representation of Everett Bratcher's 35 year cartographic career at the Defense Mapping Agency, as well as his 3 years serving as a Tuskegee Airmen with the 332nd fighter group in World War II and his lifetime interest in air and sea navigation. This tool is used for celestial navigators to locate and identify, by altitude and azimuth, the 57 stars listed in air and nautical almanacs.
