This folder contains records documenting the administrative role and activities of the Office of the President at the University of Minnesota. specifically materials regarding the Morrill Hall Take-over. January, 1969, members of the Afro-American Action Committee took over Morrill Hall and staged a protest, demanding the establishment of an Afro-American Studies Department, the funding and support of a Black conference, and the establishment of the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Fund.
