Describing the resolutions adopted at the April 6-7 Colonial Conference at the New York Public Library, promoting the founding and maintenance of "economic, social and political standards" in colonial territories, mandated by the United Nations, the political autonomy of said lands, and the "fullest measure of international cooperation" in improving and advancing their economic, educational, industrial, and social services.
