Holograph, signed.William Lloyd Garrison cannot be with Samuel Joseph May in time for the "Rescue celebration." He hopes that Lucy Stone will speak on the 30th. Garrison gives details about his possible travel plans. He comments on the activity of the "brave and noble friend Gerrit Smith."
