Gang Starr Posse flyer/invite for Necco Place

View

Description

'This is a promotional invite to see Gang Starr Posse at Necco Place, which was--unless I'm mistaken--part of the (mostly) rock club The Channel. This is when Gang Starr Posse was a their local height, 1990, before they changed their name to Posse NFX (by 1991). The Channel was not known as a hip-hop venue, but in the late 1980s and early 1990s they probably booked more national rap acts than any other venue in town. I was not at this show, but wish I had been! 'Compliments of Tessil Collins, Spectacle Management' stamped on back.'
