Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Theodore Parker writes to Thomas Wentworth Higginson in regards to his own approaching trials for his indictment. Parker was indicted for giving a speech at Fanueil Hall on the Anthony Burns case which incited a riot and resulted in the death of one of the Marshall's guards. He writes, "I want to see you & talk the whole thing over at large with you before the Trial."
