Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript composed in black ink on white paper. In the head- spine corner there is a faded, embossed circular logo with three feathers rising out of the top of the circle. The inside of the embossed circle is indistinguishable. Above the salutation, the number "16" has been written in pencil.Cataloged sgellermanIn this letter to Amos A. Phelps, George Jeffrey Tillotson informs Phelps about his plans for purchasing shares in some Boston banks. He also tells Phelps about "a glorious revival in Farmington" and states that he has "spent considerable of my time of late, or within 4 weeks, assisting in revivals" across Connecticut. In the postscript, dated "Mar[ch] 30th," Tillotson provides Phelps with additional instructions for his investments and asks him to "straighten our account."
