Description

A fanchon bonnet made with a 2" black band, pleated horse hair or millinerʼs wire, and stiffened silk with a triangular peaked crown at the front center. There is black velvet inserted on each side at the fold. Two black silk ribbons, 24" long and 2" wide, tie in a bow under the chin. There are two long streamers down the back. The triangular piece is lined with ecru and pale blue cotton buckram.
