See Ms.A.9.2 v.7, p.31 for original manuscript by Garrison.Since William Lloyd Garrison's return, he has been unable to send Robert Purvis as many letters of introduction to his friends in England as he intended. I have written to Mr. Thompson, because I think it is highly probable you will arrive in London before his departure for this country."Merrill, Walter M.
