Description
Photograph of the Holmes Hall building and clock tower on the campus of Morgan State University located on Hillen Road and Cold Spring Lane in Baltimore, Maryland. The clock, installed in 1952, is identified as an IBM electric clock that has no chimes and does not strike the hour. At the time of this photograph, the clock was not in working order. It was scheduled to be switched to a simplex 60-cycle system and to be set up in such a way as to control the time for all the other clocks of the school.
