Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript contains annotations at the top of the letter.George Thompson writes to Henry Clarke Wright in regards to his desire to get away from London for a week or two and visit Scotland. He writes that he won't be able to attend the August 1st meeting but will be able to on the 4th or 5th. He has publications in the works and expects to have his printing done by the end of the week. He writes of his pledge to take the chair at a public meeting at the National Hall. He writes of the five hour debate in the House of Commons. He writes of foreign relations between India and Great Britain.
