Trophy made from sheet of clear acrylic with text and design silkscreened on back, set in wooden base; text reads "MINNESOTA BLACK MUSICIANS / & ARTISTS AWARDS" (in black) with "9th Annual" in gold above; at bottom, there is image of keyboard with gold triangle beneath. Award for "SPECIAL RECOGNITION EDUCATOR" awarded to Roberta Davis.
