Caption on back: "It was in the early morning when the last contingent of Negro WACs to return from the ETO debarked at the Staten Island Terminal, New York Port installation, but the Red Cross was on hand as usual with doughnuts and coffee. Above Private First Class Thelma Duncan, Akron, Ohio, gets a refill while other Wacs enjoy their steaming cups and doughnuts. The Wacs comprised the last detachment of the 6888th Central Postal Directory. 3/13/46.
