Orval Faubus is giving his sixth inaugural address to an audience of look-alike Orval Faubus faces. Inscription on recto: "Sixth Inauguration, January 12, 1965, To Margaret Ross, Best Wishes! - Orval E. Faubus." Orval Faubus (1910-1994) was the governor of Arkansas from 1955-1967. He is mainly known for his stance against the desegregation of Central High School in Little Rock, AR.
