Holograph, signed.Title supplied by cataloger.Handwritten note on page 4, "Rec'd Feb. 26, 1862."Leaf tearing slightly at top and bottom of fold.Envelope addressed to, "Samuel May Junr., 221 Washington St. Boston, Massachusetts, U.S. America."Wigham sends a bill of exchange and discusses the respective merits of letters of credit and bills of exchange. She says that contributions to the Abolition cause have fallen off because of the changed attitude toward the Union and the tendency to criticize England.
