Holograph, signed.John Murray Forbes politely declines Maria Weston Chapman's offer [probably to help in the preparations for the anti-slavery fair]. Forbes explains that "we do not agree with you in any thing except that there is a great deal of wickedness going on all the way from Cape Horn to Arkangel..."
