The 1947 Dodge County Extension Services annual report contains three documents; 2 copies of the Annual Report over 67 pages, the combined Annual Report of County Extension Workers over 16 pages; and the 4-page Annual Report of County Farm Labor. the Annual report includes Statistical Summary, Extension Office Staff, Co. Extension Organizations and Planning, Agricultural Program Planning, Crop Production, Livestock Production, Conservation of Natural Resources, Farm Management, Marketing and Distribution, Agricultural Engineering, Home Demonstration Organization, Nutrition and Health, Clothing, Cooperation with Other Agencies, National Club Creed, 4-H Club Work, 4-H Enrollment, 4-H Project Enrollment, General 4-H Activities, 4-H Health Project, Dodge County 4-H Leaders Federation, Rural Youth Organization, All other Work, and nine Illustrated Maps. Items of interest Saddle Horse project started in 4-H, 14 farmers started County Farm Records Association, Started school lunch program in three schools (Claremont, Hayfield and Kasson), Adult clothing project started with a sewing machine clinic for 46 and grew to 44 women leaders and 236 members, 4-H Health Card.
