Description

Holograph, signed.Richard D. Webb read in a Manchester paper of the arrival of Miss A. W. Weston and Mr. Weston. It has been a long time since Richard Webb has heard from Anne Weston's family. "Mrs. Chapman, from whom I used to hear so often, never writes to me now." About a year ago, Richard had "an attack of heart disease" from which he has not entirely recovered. Spending three months in a sanatarium, Richard took eighty Turkish baths and was "wonderfully benefitted." He expects to visit Manchester next week, chiefly in the hope of meeting Miss [Mary Anne] Estlin.Included is an envelope addressed to "M. Laugel, The Green, Richmond, Surrey," with a note in the corner, "For Miss A.W. Weston."
