Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Charles F. Hovey writes to Mary Anne Estlin regarding his thirteen month old son and to his other children, who are 12 and 14 years old who "require the constant care of a parent which my wife in her present situation cannot bestow." He waits of news from Parker Pillsbury and will send her letter to Mrs. Chapman.
