Little Rock, Ark.: Governor Orval E. Faubus displays a variety of emotions in these four candid shots taken September 30th while he blew hot and cold on calling the Arkansas Legislature into special session to consider closing integrated Central High School. He first said, 'It is very likely that there will be a special session.' Then he said, 'There has been no decision yet and it very well could be there will be no special session.
