Students from South Carolina State College in Orangeburg, S.C. gather at the steps of the State House to protest actions by Governor McNair and police officials during the Orangeburg Massacre. Students are holding protest signs that read "Down with McNair," "Orangeburg Police Riot," "We Want Action McNair Should Be Tried For War Crimes Send Him To The UN," and "When America Falls, 'Twill Be The White Man Who Catches Hell, For 'Tis He Who Has Never Known Oppression."
