Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Milton M. Fisher writes to Amos A. Phelps that he will attend to matters related to a few upcoming meetings. He says that the prominent position Phelps has given him in relation to the antislavery cause (specifically, the matter related to third party) is too great a challenge to himself. He also expresses his concern regarding signs of another division between the “National committee” and the Liberty Party.
