Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Theodore Parker writes in Am.1157 (5) to John Quincy Adams on July 26 1845 in Boston, [Massachusetts] forwarding important papers from Dr. Flügel. / Theodore Parker writes in Am.1157 (6) to unknown on Nov[ember] 11 1846 in West Roxbury, [Massachusetts] in regards to declining to come to New Bedford again this month. He writes he can come almost any other time. / Theodore Parker writes in Am. 1157 (7) to Widdlefield & Co. on Feb[ruary] 2 1847 in Boston, [Massachusetts] in regards to thanking for the thermometer and writes, "I think the instrument is worth at least $5.00" and offers to pay for it. / Theodore Parker writes in Am.1157 (8) to Mrs. Villard on July 6, 1848 in West Roxbury, [Massachusetts] in regards to passing his sermon out and giving Mrs. R the introduction she spoke of. He hopes to see her and her husband next winter. / Theodore Parker writes in Am.1157 (9) to Misses Anne and Corrie in regards to thanking them for sending him such a "beautiful little Cross." In return, he sends a sonnet which begins "Men looked to God and eager sought repose." This letter appears to be a copy. / Theodore Parker writes in Am.1157 (10) to unknown on July 11 1850 in Boston.
