John Oraa Tucker stands in front of a door with his hands handcuffed in front of him and a cigarette in one hand. He had been on trial for the murder of a Milwaukee policeman during a riot in 1967.UCP071604-7/16/1968-Milwaukee-A circuit court jury found John Oraa Tucker, 55, not guilty of the murder of Milwaukee Patrolman Bryan Moschea and not guilty on three counts of attempted murder. He was found guilty on six reduced counts of endangering safety by conduct regardless of life. The charges stemmed from shooting at Tucker's home 7/31/1967 during Milwaukee's riot. In addition to the first degree murder charges Tucker had been charged with nine counts of attempted murder. UPI TELEPHOTO rs/STNL.
