Description
On February 10, 2007, an event at the Nyack Center commemorating Black History Month honored Penny Jennings, Henry Jones, and Johnsie Valdez of Head Start of Rockland. "Join Nyack center in honoring those in our community who guide and care for our children from pre-school at Head Start through their teen years." On the front is a picture of the winter 1983 Head Start class.
