Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) manuscript composed in black ink on blue paper. Above the salutation, the number "62" is written in pencil, while along the tail edge of the first page, the phrase "V35, P33B" is also written in pencil.In this letter to William Lloyd Garrison, George Thompson details the lodgings he has found for Garrison for his upcoming visit to London. Thompson provides the address and tells him the "the house is kept by Mrs. Levitt" and that he "may come to the Charing Cross station if you choose it." Thompson says he will plan to meet Garrison "at the London Bridge Station at 8_50" while Mrs. Thompson will meet them at the lodging to "see that all is properly prepared for your reception."
