Description

"Episcopal female clergy leaders of African heritage: trailblazers and colleagues" is a two part work focused on two groups of women and their stories, spiritual formation, ministry and struggles. The first part consists of interviews with five of the first eleven African American women ordained as priests in the Episcopal Church. The second section looks at the ministry of some of my colleagues, whose paths I have crossed during our ministry, who have or are working in all or predominantly white parishes. -- Abstract
