Description

Holograph, signed.Richard Davis Webb has forwarded all the letters, except the one to Lord Carlisle (Lord Morpeth) who is "in the South playing the Vice King." Webb has directed a letter to Mr. & Mrs. A. K. Foster thanking them for the "generous truehearted expression of confidence in the uprightness" of all parties.
