Description

Men stand in a line in front of a high stone wall. The men in the center appear to be prisoners. The men on either end appear to be guards. Some men appear to be African American. Wooden planks form a walkway across a grassy lawn in the foreground. A small circular garden is in the middle of the lawn. Iron railings line a walkway on the top of the wall at the right. Two brick buildings and a smokestack are visible behind the wall.
