Michael Reed White (born 1951) was the 55th mayor of Cleveland, serving three four-year terms, from 1990 to 2002. He was Cleveland's second African American mayor. This photo was taken at the Martin Luther King branch of the Cleveland Public Library. Library Trustee Frances Hunter is seated to the Mayor's left.
