Blakey, lieutenant colonel, said it is the second largest WAC unit in the 2nd Air Force and the first Negro WAC unit activated in the air forces. The women are graduates of the administration specialist school at Fort Des Moines, la. The unit has served at Walla Walla, Wash., and Wendoverj, field, Utah. ^S
