Application to President or Congress to send the Africans home; 8. Letter to Thomas Fowell Buxton; 9. The liberation of Antonio; 10. Letter to Secretary of State Daniel Webster; 11. Application to Congress for support and education of the Africans; 12. Possible suit against John Forsyth or Norris Willcox for false imprisonment; 13.
