Description

In response to Du Bois's inquiry, the 1902 Delaware State Board of Education Secretary replies on the original letter to two questions. Answers that Stone, Delaware is the only city or town which focuses kindergarten training for colored teachers, and that no industrial training has taken place in colored public schools.
