A letter to the members of the Quaker Society of Friends to be circulated at the General Conference of 1968 about actions and arrests at \A Called Meeting for Worship, Petition, and Witness in Washington, D.C. on Friday, June 28, 1968.\ The event sought to convince Congress to shift funding from military and defense spending to aid for the poor.
