African-American servicemen of the 751st Medical Sanitary Company and servicewomen of the Medical Section, 3561st Service Unit, Women's Army Corps (WAC) attending a dance at Service Club No. 3 at Camp Atterbury, Indiana during World War II (No. 246 B). The event was thrown in honor of the 751st Medical Sanitary Company, which was arranged by Sergeant Thomas Neal, Sgt. James Sanders, and Corporal George Hanserd.
