Description

New York: While sit-in demonstrators watch from inside building, black power advocates Stokely Carmichael (left) and H. Rap Brown (right) talk to newsmen April 26th at main entrance to Hamilton Hall, one of five Columbia University buildings taken over by the demonstrators. Brown said: 'These students are resisting the university's racist policies. Hamilton Hall is a black fortress.'
