Phelps about slavery and related subjects. It includes a printed letter by Phelps asking its recipients to sign the enclosed circular letter, a letter from N. N. Niles to A. A. Phelps of Sep. 16, 1833 about Phelps’s circular, and a loose clipping about the notion of abolitionists as “fanatics.”
