Description

A photograph of the farm machinery show at the Georgia State Fair, Macon, Bibb County, Georgia, 1950. Crowds mill about an open air exhibition of tractors and other farm machinery. While no brand names are visible on the machines, one tractor is identified as a "Model 'C' Tractor." There is a billboard that lists the corporate sponsors of the event with "Allis Chalmers Dealers" as headliner. The only other legible name is "George Park Tractor Co."A project of the Digital Library of Georgia in association with the Middle Georgia Archives as part of Georgia HomePLACE.
