Fragments from the Council's May 1946 newsletter, totalling the square footage and population ruled by imperial governments, discussing "the question of mandate territories," urging the end of "exploitation of African labor," and demanding "full trade union rights" for Africans, among other issues; versos bear pencilled notes on Paul Robesons's, Max Yergan's, W. A. Hunton's, among others' thoughts on the subject, and on plans towards promoting the Pan African Congress's petition to the United Nations.
