The bottom caption reprints the line from the play, "He is the detective, -- You know what to do!"Blaney, a successful director and producer as well as playwright, often co-wrote with Charles Dazey and often turned successful plays into novels. "Child Slaves" includes an Eskimo character and a transparent takeoff of Sherlock Holmes in the character of the boy detective Homer Sherwood. Associated with the 58th Street Theatre, New York.
