Caption on back: "On a recent tour of the Army Air Force's Wright Field in Dayton, Ohio, Marcus H. Ray, Civilian Aide to the Secretary of War, found that integration of white and Negro civilian workers at the field had been accomplished without fanfare. Above a P-80 pilot tells Mr. Ray about the Air Force's newest plane.
