Holograph, signed.Title devised by cataloger.In this letter to Amos A. Phelps, John Scoble says he is sending “a valuable work, drawn exclusively from official papers,” which he believes will be useful for Phelps. He says Phelps can use it for the “Abolitionist.” He requests that the “Abolitionist” be sent to the London office.
