This folder contains information on Indian battles in Wisconsin, Indians' forced removal, Philo White, slavery, disregard of the Fugitive Slave Law, a John Whittier poem regarding Daniel Webster's support of Fugitive Slave Law, women's "Racine Loyalist" organization, Col. Utley and Adam the slave (in which he almost causes a battle because he refuses to return a slave to his master), the Civil War, the Spanish American War, rosters of Racine citizens in various wars, and the Grand Army of the Republic.
