Reverend Black was involved with the beginnings of the Baptist Ministers Union of San Antonio and Vicinity, as Secretary, as part of committees, and as President. This folder contains meeting notes, correspondence, organizational documents such as annual reports, directories, and a constitution. Included topics are the Billy Graham rally in 1958, information about racial problems in the city and program brochures from events.
