Description
As an educator and scholar, Dr. Falú talks about the importance of having African-descendants in key positions within the educational system. She asserts that the best way of guaranteeing the correct research and dissemination of African history and heritage is by having African descendant educators doing that work. She also discusses the evolution of the Black Studies department at The City College of New York.
